Christiana Figueres, architect of the Paris Climate agreement, will be in Marin, September 15. You can’t miss this unique opportunity to hear her in person and ask her questions. She tells us: “We have to get to the point where each individual, each corporation, each community chooses low carbon, because it makes fundamental sense. It should become a no-brainer”.

Our event highlights what states and localities can do to meet global climate goals despite the U.S withdrawal from the climate accord. A very special part of the evening is the Marin Climate Action Showcase, an opportunity for all of you to sample Marin’s climate activism first hand, along with local drinks and tastes. Amazingly over 40 groups will be there exhibiting amidst Drawdown Marin’s six pillars of climate action.
